For as long as I can remember I’ve always been working full time. Changing my life and live independently and escape the small town I grew up in where everyone knows everyone. 

I was so desperate to escape I got my first job at just 15 while I was still in school, and from then on, I bounced between any job that was willing to take me on. By 21, I was working in the fitness industry, dealing with the same miserable people while working shift work early morning starts and late night finishes having no time for myself. I was stuck and miserable, and at the time I honestly thought that was all there was to life.

I was burnt out, living at home. My weeks were just work, and my weekends were drinking with friends to escape from it. I had no goals or dreams not an ounce of ambition and no way out. I doom-scrolled watching other people live my dream life thinking that could never be for someone like me.

I didn’t go through any higher education. My friends all had “normal” jobs. In other words I was just following people around me. No one I knew was talking about online businesses and becoming a coach. That world just didn’t even exist in my mind. That was for influencers, not for me.
